All designs, functional art objects, and custom prototypes are the intellectual property of Shoppism. The purchase of an object does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.
As Shoppism specialises in hand-carved, hand-painted, and custom-fabricated pieces, the buyer acknowledges that images on the website are representative. Natural variations in wood grain, metal oxidation, or pigment saturation are considered inherent characteristics of the medium and are not grounds for dispute.
For bespoke projects, a signed "Project Commission Agreement" is required. Production commences only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Once production begins, the buyer is liable for the full contracted amount, regardless of whether they choose to take delivery of the item.
